-All pets must be current on vaccinations and be of good health and temperament.

- Please try to book all visits at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute reservations cannot be guaranteed although we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel pet sitting 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the total.

-All Holiday changes/cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance otherwise you are responsible for payment in full of the originally scheduled days.

-Payment must be made in advance, due at time of service, by cash or check. After initial payment has been rendered, any additional services that are requested must be paid within 7 days after the service is performed. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.
